Paraplanning Online's outsourced paraplanning service is provided under our sister company, Alexander Rowland Associates, on a “pay as you go” basis. This means you are free to use it as often as you require to suit your individual requirements and business cycle. Our pricing structure (please see the downloads below) is presented as a transparent menu of costs, thereby providing you with the utmost flexibility to be as involved as you desire in this process, on a case by case basis.

When submitting a case, please email all of the relevant forms and information, as per the list below, to paraplanning@ppol.co.uk

• A signed copy of our Terms of Business (see below)
• A copy of the client Fact Find
• The relevant Supplementary Advice Form(s) (SAF) (see below)
• Full details of any existing arrangements that you would like reviewed within the report
• Any illustrations that you have already obtained
• Any other additional information that you feel is relevant to the case

On receipt of the above, we will email you a Proposal. This will confirm, any additional information we still require, the expected timescale and the definitive cost to provide the report. You will subsequently need to confirm your acceptance of the proposal prior to us commencing work on any given report.
