In terms of a web browser, we recommend Internet Explorer (version 6.0 or later) for general use. Please Note - You must use Internet Explorer to realise the full functionality of the Report Template Editor within the actual Report Writer.

To ensure the report is formatted correctly, we recommend MS Word. We would also recommend that the most recent Service Pack has been downloaded and installed.

For successful usage of the application we recommend the following hardware & software specification:

• Microsoft Windows XP or Vista
• Office XP or later (ie Word 2002 or later) 
• 1.4GHz Processor or faster
• 0.5GB RAM (512MB) or more
